The Unification of one to the other requires knowledge, integrity, foresight and experience. Harrington's Paradise Properties, Inc., was opened in 1989 by Patrick A. Harrington (RPB). Patrick opened Harrington's Paradise Properties, Inc. to give a professional alternative. Our office is located in Kapaa directly across the street from the Kapaa neighborhood center behind Chicken in a Barrel. Harrington's Paradise Properties, Inc., specializes in oceanfront and agricultural estate parcels, as well as condos, commercial properties, and single-family homes. Our clients range from celebrities and names in the news to long standing Kauai residents. All Harrington's Paradise Properties, Inc., clients share one desire - to have the best representation possible (and they do!). Patrick A. Harrington was a member of the Hawaii Association of Realtors Standard Forms Committee for 9 years. During the years 1993-1995, Patrick assumed the role of Director for the Kauai Board of Realtors, followed by a one year term as vice president. For the 3 years (2001-2003), he once again assumed the position of Director for the Kauai Board of Realtors.
