Harrington's Paradise Properties, Inc., was opened in 1989 by Patrick A. Harrington (RPB). After working several years as Partner, President and Principal Broker of Bali Hai Realty, Inc., Patrick opened Harrington’s Paradise Properties, Inc. to give the North Shore a Professional alternative. Our office is located on Kuhio Hwy in Hanalei directly across the street from the Hanalei Elementary School.

Harrington’s Paradise Properties, Inc., specializes in oceanfront and agricultural estate parcels. Our clients range from celebrities and names in the news to long standing Kauai residents. All Harrington’s Paradise Properties, Inc., clients share one desire - to have the best representation possible (and they do!). 

Patrick A. Harrington was a member of the Hawaii Association of Realtors Standard Forms Committee for 9 years. During the years 1993-1995, Patrick assumed the role of Director for the Kauai Board of Realtors, followed by a one year term as vice president.  For the 3 years (2001-2003), he once again assumed the position of Director for the Kauai Board of Realtors.

An important part of conducting any business is having the proper equipment. Modern conveniences such as comprehensive data processing, laser printing, facsimile machines, copying, and capable clerical support enable each salesperson to better serve you. The sales staff consists of brokers and realtor associates with years of experience.
